Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ReelFit ("Platform", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users — creators, brands, and visitors.

2. Description of Service

ReelFit is a fitness content marketplace that connects fitness creators with brands for paid content collaborations (reels, stories, static posts). We facilitate campaign creation, payment escrow, content review, and dispute resolution.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indian law to use this Platform. By registering, you confirm you meet these requirements.

4. Creator Obligations

• Provide accurate profile information, including follower counts and niche.
• Deliver content as agreed within the campaign deadline.
• Ensure all content is original and does not infringe third-party rights.
• Comply with ASCI guidelines and disclose paid partnerships.
• Not engage in fake follower inflation or misleading metrics.

5. Brand Obligations

• Provide clear, lawful campaign briefs free from misleading claims.
• Pay the campaign budget in full before content production begins.
• Review submitted content within the agreed timeframe.
• Not request content that violates any law or platform policy.

6. Payments & Escrow

All payments are processed via Razorpay. Campaign budgets are held in manual escrow by ReelFit and released to the creator upon brand approval of delivered content.

• ReelFit charges a 15% platform fee on each campaign budget.
• Refunds are processed at ReelFit's discretion after dispute resolution.
• Payouts to creators are processed within 5–7 business days of campaign completion.
• All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

7. Disputes

Either party may raise a dispute through the Platform within 7 days of content submission. ReelFit will mediate and make a final decision within 5 business days. ReelFit's decision on disputes is final and binding.

8. Intellectual Property

Creators retain ownership of content until full payment is released. Upon payment, the brand receives a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use the content for the purposes stated in the campaign brief. ReelFit is granted a limited licence to display content for platform operation and marketing purposes.

9. Prohibited Conduct

• Circumventing the Platform to transact directly outside ReelFit.
• Uploading harmful, defamatory, or illegal content.
• Impersonating other users or ReelFit staff.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or scrape the Platform.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. Active campaign funds will be handled per our refund policy at the time of termination.

11. Limitation of Liability

ReelFit is a marketplace intermediary. We are not liable for the quality of content, brand campaign outcomes, or losses arising from third-party service outages (Razorpay, Supabase, Twilio, etc.). Our total liability in any dispute shall not exceed the platform fee collected on the relevant transaction.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
